SHIPPING

Orders placed in Spain will be delivered to people over 18 years of age, with a postal code in the Peninsula (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included).

There are no shipments to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands due to high customs costs. If you still reside in one of these areas, and you want to place an order to contact Petty Things through the email hola@petythings.com.

Unless there are circumstances arising from the personalization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send the order consisting of the related products in each Confirmation of Shipment within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method selected and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Once the payment has been received, we will send your order in a time already mentioned to the address you have indicated as the shipping address in your registered customer account. We will send you a shipping confirmation email.

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the following business day. No shipments are made Saturdays, Sundays or holidays

Standard delivery at home within the peninsula of Spain: 2 to 4 business days.

If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not deliver at home on Sundays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has taken place or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires the material possession of the products, which is Accredit by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address agreed.

International shipments

We ship worldwide.

International shipments to PO boxes are not allowed, unless they are Arab Emirates.

If fullfilling your contact data you can not find your country, please contact us in shop@pettythings.com.

Time range of approximate shipments:

  • Europe 5 to 10 days
  • Rest of the world, at least 15 days.

Impossibility of delivery

If you have a package that can not be delivered to the address indicated in your customer account as shipping, the package will be saved for a short period in the courier company and will try to redeliver. If a package is not claimed, you may have to pay a management fee. If the delivery can not be made, it will be automatically returned to Petty Things. The order will be automatically canceled with the receipt of the item, and the money of the order will be returned to the customer, except for possible extra expenses for deliveries.

If it is an international shipment, it will only be refunded in the amount of the item, but not the shipping amount.

RIGHT OF RETURN

You have the right to cancel an order, according to the conditions indicated in this document, and within a maximum period of 15 days. The cancellation period begins the day you receive your order.

The product must be unworn. If the product is damaged or used it will not be refunded. It is convenient that the client controls the delivery to verify that everything is correct and without errors.

Keep in mind that in the case of old materials you should carefully look at the conditions of the material prior to your purchase, these may have an imperfection that will not be a condition of return once the purchase is accepted..

Please check before purchase the measurements of the accessory in the description of each item because, in no case, the return will be accepted due to problems in the measurements. Contact us for any questions about it.

For the return of the cost of the order, we will follow the same means of payment used by you when placing the order without incurring any additional cost. We may hold the refund until we have received the merchandise.

You will send the goods or you will deliver them without undue delay and never later than 20 days from the moment you receive the item (or items). You will have to bear the direct costs of the return of the merchandise and select the courier company you believe is timely.

You will be solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the merchandise resulting from a handling different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the merchandise.

How to make the return

To make any return please contact PETTY THINGS in the mail shop@pettythings.com, with return subject, indicating the reasons for the return, and we will indicate the steps to follow. Please, provide in this mail:

  • relevant information as well as the reason why return is made.
  • Contact information with the return (contact information when ordering)
  • tracking number and / or order (in the order mail we sent you when you made your purchase)

The client is responsible for shipping the article back. PETTY THINGS suggests that you obtain a receipt as well as a package identifier when making the return through the courier company that you choose, as it would facilitate the tracking of the return shipment if necessary.

Return of a product with international shipping

Follow the same steps as with the national shipment, “How to make a return” from the previous section.

PETTY THINGS is not responsible for shipping costs on your return, and can select the shipping method you want. PETTY THINGS suggests that you obtain a receipt as well as a package identifier when making the return through your shipping service, as it would facilitate the tracking of the return shipment if necessary.

If an item is returned internationally, please write clearly on the package “MERCHANDISE RETURN”, so you can avoid any customs tariff. PETTY THINGS is not responsible for any type of customs payments for returns.

Any charge incurred by return will be the responsibility of the customer.
